Privacy Policy

Originally Effective: 2017
Last Updated: October 22, 2026

ProToCall LLC (“ProToCall,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, https://protocall.co, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact or service form, request a ProCare 360 demo, call, email or text us, you may give us:

  • Your name and business name
  • Email address and phone number
  • Service address
  • Details about your equipment or request, and anything else you choose to include

Vendor tax forms. Vendors who complete our W-9 form give us their name, business name, address and taxpayer identification number. Our W-9 form is hosted by Jotform on its own website, and Jotform handles those submissions for us. We use them for tax reporting, vendor payments and vendor records.

Newsletter. If you sign up for our email newsletter, we use your email address to send it. You can stop it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by emailing info@protocall.co.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, our site and the services listed below may collect:

  • Your IP address and approximate location based on it
  • Browser type, device type and operating system
  • Pages you view, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit
  • Cookie identifiers and, if you arrived from an ad, the ad click identifier

Phone calls from ads. If you reach our website from a Google ad, the phone number on the page may be replaced with a Google forwarding number so we can tell that the ad led to a call. Google then receives basic call details, such as the start and end time, how long the call lasted, and the caller’s area code.

How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to service requests and questions
  • Schedule service and provide customer support
  • Communicate with you about your request or service
  • Understand how our website is used and improve it
  • Measure and improve our advertising
  • Prevent spam, fraud and misuse of the website
  • Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

By sending us your contact information through our website, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, requested services or customer support.

Cookies and the Services We Use

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Our website uses cookies and similar tools from these services:

  • Google Analytics, to count visits and understand how people use our site. It uses cookies and collects your IP address, the pages you view and how you found our site. Google explains how it uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Google Ads, to measure which ads lead to calls and form requests, and to show our ads to people who visited our website before (remarketing). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to show our ads on other websites based on your past visits to our site.
  • Complianz, our cookie notice tool, which remembers the choices you make about cookies.
  • Arvow, a service that keeps the information search engines read about our pages up to date. It receives the address of the page you visit and your IP address.
  • Jotform, which hosts our vendor tax forms, and hCaptcha, which helps block spam on our Jotform form.
  • Google Fonts and embedded YouTube videos, which load from Google’s servers and receive your IP address.

Your Choices About Cookies and Advertising

  • Use the cookie notice on our website to accept or change your choices at any time.
  • Visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your personal information.
  • Our website treats a Global Privacy Control signal (a browser setting or extension that tells websites not to sell or share your data) as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. It treats a Do Not Track signal from your browser the same way.
  • Opt out of personalized Google ads at myadcenter.google.com.
  • Learn about opting out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and thenai.org/how-to-opt-out.
  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work as well if you do.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us run our website and business, such as our website host, form and email tools, scheduling and dispatch software, and customer management systems
  • With Google, for analytics and advertising as described above
  • When the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety
  • As part of a merger, sale or transfer of our business

We use Google advertising tools to show our ads to people who visited our website before. This is targeted advertising, and some state privacy laws treat it as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. To do this we share online identifiers (your IP address, cookie and device identifiers, and ad click identifier), the pages you view and your approximate location with Google and its advertising partners. You can opt out at any time using the choices above.

Text Messages

If you choose to communicate with us by text message or opt in to receive text messages, we may use your phone number to send service notifications, appointment confirmations and responses to your questions. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of sending or storing information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, including providing services, meeting legal, tax and accounting obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, including Texas and California, you may have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information we have about you
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale or sharing of your personal information, and profiling
  • Not be treated differently for using these rights

To make a request, email info@protocall.co, call (866) 297-5082, or use the form on our Opt-out preferences page. We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request. You may also have an authorized agent make a request for you. We will respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need more time.

If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing info@protocall.co with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 60 days and explain our decision in writing. If we deny your appeal, you can contact your state attorney general. Texas residents can file a complaint at texasattorneygeneral.gov.
